        Creator of E̶L̶I̶T̶I̶S̶T̶ and designer Charlie Hulse is an entertainment professional located in Ventura County, California within the Greater Los Angeles Area.

       Charlie discovered the thrill of filmmaking from using his first camera in elementary school. As a kid, Charlie utilized the magic of desktop screen recording and editing softwares like Sony Vegas and Final Cut to create Club Penguin music videos.

At the age of 13, Charlie Hulse decided to enter the film and television industry as an actor after being inspired by a scene from Nickelodeon's Drake and Josh. Charlie went on to study film production in college and found himself in various internships involving development, production, and talent management.

At age 15, Charlie Hulse created the name for his clothing brand as ELITIST. In 2013, Charlie designed his first product with an initial logo imprinted onto a baseball tee shirt for sale using a Big Cartel website. Charlie later matured along with his evolving brand when realizing a real elitist does not abide by the negative connotations, thus the current strikethrough line in the logo. 

A positive redefinition, a true elitist is a leader who strives to self-actualize and exceed their potential. Charlie pursued his interest in fashion further by working with mentors in screen printing workshops. Charlie also has goals of making cut & sew garments and designing a shoe patent. Charlie's vision is to create comfortable clothing that nobody has ever seen before.

Nowadays, Charlie is presently working behind-the-scenes on various film & TV productions.  Charlie Hulse currently works as a Co-Executive Producer on an upcoming rom-com series. Charlie continues to thrive in the entertainment field by working as a writer-producer on passion projects with the goal of leading his own in-house production company E̶L̶I̶T̶I̶S̶T̶.

Also known by his stage name, CHAR® is a genre-blending rhythm and poetry artist developing his debut music project. CHAR is independent with his own ASCAP registered publishing label E̶L̶I̶T̶I̶S̶T̶ STUDIOS. CHAR's goals in music industry administration include licensing sync placements of artists' songs into video games, commercials, television shows, and movies.

E̶L̶I̶T̶I̶S̶T̶ is a brand built upon leaders to inspire creativity amongst all, as we are all created to exceed our potential and create our own legacies.
